Schedule Development

Using our source database we developed from local, regional, national, and international sources, we generate a team of subcontractors, technicians, and artisans to select for the bidding process.

The source database was heavily researched to find all optional vendors, which were screened using peer recommendations.

The source database is also organized with a division code system much like the one used by the Construction Specifications Institute. It is then optimized for the local custom home industry.

We develop a bar graph timeline schedule from the source database.

A schedule of values with bids and cost estimates are also generated using the source database. From the schedule of values we value engineer if necessary.
