Process

Team Approach

We have quality control meetings before and during each phase of construction. Sometimes we develop a stage by stage instructional format to be used during these phases with checkoff lists. Often I've asked my higher skilled journeymen to assist me in developing the process instructional checkoff list. Once a process is developed, we enforce the checkoff procedure on all workers involved, which keeps rigid quality control that everyone follows and nobody deviates from. It gives my top people the opportunity to be part of the solution.

We develop teams of two with one experienced journeyman and one apprentice when applicable. This insures that the less experienced worker will progress up to the level of the journeyman.

We assist our subcontractors in layout procedures to make them more efficient, and to test total accuracy.
