Technical Construction Techniques

Classic Craft

This unique project required a varied handcrafted skill set:
• turning and profiling corner columns,
• building garage doors,
• custom building windows and passage doors,
• crafting beam work with various mortise and tenon techniques.
These images are from building a classic Scandinavian style structure using modern tools and techniques. All fastener locations have a symmetric placement pattern using nails, bolts, screws, or pegs.
